Biography

Andy Weiner is the Founder and President of RockStep Capital, a firm he established in 1996. He has spearheaded the acquisition and development of nearly 10 million square feet of shopping centers across 11 US states, specializing in revitalizing secondary and tertiary "hometown markets." Prior to RockStep, Weiner served as Vice President of Operations for Weiner Stores, his family's 159-location retail business. An alumnus of Stanford University and the University of Texas (MBA), he champions a community-driven investment strategy, often involving local investors and lenders.
