Andy Chao

Andy Chao is a Director - Acquisitions at SoLa Impact Fund, bringing extensive experience in real estate investment and development. During his tenure as Head of Acquisitions at SoLa Impact, he was instrumental in building and managing a team that executed over 170 deals, deploying more than $160 million in investor equity across two real estate investment funds. Mr. Chao holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, further underscoring his expertise in investment strategy and deal sourcing.
