Andrew Power
Biography
Andrew Power is the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Digital Realty Trust, a leading global provider of cloud and carrier-neutral data center, colocation, and interconnection solutions. He assumed the CEO role in 2022, having previously served as President since 2021 and Chief Financial Officer since 2015. As CFO, he was responsible for global portfolio operations, technology development, innovation, and the company's financial functions. Prior to joining Digital Realty, Mr. Power held positions of increasing responsibility in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Citigroup, where he managed over $30 billion in capital raises and more than $19 billion in M&A transactions. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Analytical Finance from Wake Forest University. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Americold Realty Trust.
