Biography
Andrew Kidd is a Senior Vice President and Head of Canadian Development at NorthWest Healthcare Properties REIT, bringing over 30 years of extensive experience in the real estate industry. A lawyer by background, he has been integral to the senior team responsible for new asset development at NorthWest since 2011. His expertise spans investment, development, financing, and asset management across diverse markets. Previously, he served as Vice President & Managing Director of CBRE Consulting Canada from 2003 to 2010 and held senior real estate development roles at Manulife, Intracorp, and Cadillac Fairview. He led major projects including the redevelopment of CBC portfolio properties, TTC Head Office, Toronto Waterfront, and Sunnybrook Hospital.
