Ambrish Baisiwala

Ambrish Baisiwala serves as CEO of Portman Holdings LLC, leveraging over 32 years of international real estate expertise. Since his appointment in 2010, he has strategically repositioned the firm to prioritize the U.S. domestic market, significantly expanding its focus beyond traditional office and hospitality to encompass life sciences, multifamily, student housing, logistics, and retail. His extensive global experience includes development and senior leadership roles with Aldar Properties PJSC, where he managed a portfolio exceeding $20 billion, as well as positions with Coopers & Lybrand Consulting and the Tata Group. Mr. Baisiwala holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) and an MBA.
