Ulnick brings over a decade of experience in hospitality real estate, specializing in acquisitions and investment management across institutional platforms. His prior experience includes roles at Peregrine Hospitality, where he focused on acquisitions and portfolio strategy, and at Hotel Asset Value Enhancement (HotelAVE), where he specialized in underwriting and asset management for institutional clients. He is an alumnus of Cornell University School of Hotel Administration, holding a Bachelor of Science degree.
