Biography
Albert L. Lord III is the Founder and CEO of Lexerd Capital Management LLC, a real estate firm specializing in opportunistic multifamily investments across the United States. He founded Lexerd in 2006, building on his personal real estate private equity investments which began in 2001. Under his leadership, Lexerd has managed over $1.5 billion in assets. Prior to Lexerd, Mr. Lord spent 16 years at Morgan Stanley & Company, holding various positions including Chief Operating Officer for Investment Banking in Tokyo, where he led the division to profitability and oversaw significant financings like the Shinsei Bank IPO. He also contributed to major transactions in New York, such as KPMG Consulting's $2.3bn IPO. Mr. Lord holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance from Drexel University.
