Biography
Adam Goldberg is the Founder, President & Principal of Gold Block Ventures, a real estate investment firm he established in July 2016. He has been actively involved in multifamily real estate investment and development since 2005. Prior to founding Gold Block Ventures, Mr. Goldberg spent nine years as an offensive lineman in the NFL. From 2012 to 2016, he partnered with Berland Development Group, where he notably developed the 153-unit Park Place Olde Town project in Arvada, CO. Gold Block Ventures specializes in acquiring newer multifamily assets in Middle-America markets.
