Polly Park is organized as a holding company with several distinct and complementary businesses. This includes large-scale development financing, principal development and investing as a GP or Co-GP, high-yield lending, property management and leasing, and providing capital and investment advice. Its clientele, capital base, and partners span private families, institutional investors, and experienced operators with a singular focus on tactical advice and sound execution. Since inception, the firm has, through its affiliated entities, executed over $1.1B of transactions.
