Abbot Apter
Biography
Abbot is CEO and co-founder of Mercury Investment, a national real estate investment firm founded in 1995 with interests primarily in multifamily and hotel properties. Mercury and its controlled affiliates have made more than $600 million in real estate acquisitions. Abbot currently serves as a board member for National Bank of Commerce and previously served as a board member for Park State Bank. He is an Investment Committee member for the College of St. Scholastica and for the Duluth Superior Area Community Foundation. Prior to co-founding Mercury Investment, Abbot served as vice president and co-founder of the Whitecliff Group, a real estate opportunity fund focused on apartment and hotel properties.
