Biography
Real estate investment professional with over 16 years of international experience in investment underwriting, transaction execution and asset management across APAC, Europe and the UK. Specialises in direct real estate, fund investments, real estate debt and secondaries across core, core-plus, value-add and opportunistic strategies. Responsible for leading the full investment lifecycle, including origination, due diligence, underwriting, structuring, negotiations, execution and portfolio management. Extensive experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships with leading global real estate managers, institutional investors and operating partners across multiple markets. Holds a B.A. from the University of Passau (Germany) and an MSc in Real Estate Investment from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass Business School), London. Fluent in English, German, Russian and Bulgarian.
