Sumit Kumar is currently a Research Analyst (Director) at JM Financial Institutional Securities, where he leads equity research coverage of 25 real estate, REIT, hotel, and co-working stocks. He has over a decade of experience across real estate investments, fund management, and M&A advisory, with prior roles at Lodha Group, Max Life Insurance, MAPE Advisory Group, and Deutsche Bank. He holds a PGDM from IIM Indore and a B.Tech from NIFFT Ranchi.
