Rüdiger M. Schwarz ist Managing Director bei PGIM Real Estate. Er verantwortet zudem als Head of Asset Management die Regionen Deutschland, Österreich und die Niederlande und ist Head of Luxembourg. Seit März 2017 ist er als Managing Director für PGIM Real Estate tätig. Mit einer umfassenden Karriere bei PGIM Real Estate, die 2006 begann, hat er verschiedene Führungspositionen im Portfoliomanagement und in der Finanzierung bekleidet. Seine Expertise umfasst Portfolioanalyse und Corporate Real Estate Management. Er ist ein gefragter Experte in branchenrelevanten Diskussionen zu Immobilienthemen und nachhaltigen Investments.
