Katherine Potter

Ms. Potter joined AlerisLife Inc.(Nasdaq: ALR), formerly Five Star Senior Living Inc., as General Counsel in 2012 and was elevated to President and Chief Executive Officer in 2019. AlerisLife, a provider of health and wellness services to older adults, includes the following brands: Five Star Senior Living (residential services/senior living communities), Ageility (rehabilitation and fitness services), and Windsong Home Health (home health services). Currently, she serves as an Advisor to AlerisLife. Before joining AlerisLife, she practiced law at Sullivan & Worcester LLP and Burns & Levinson LLP, where she focused on corporate law, including securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and other transactional matters
