Biography
Renato Dos Santos is a Vice President in the International Real Estate team at QuadReal, where he focuses on real estate investments across asset classes, with an emphasis on investing in Global Cities in the UK and Europe. Based in London, Renato has played an important role in growing QuadReal’s European portfolio since joining the team as an Analyst in 2021, supporting investment and asset management activity across BTR/multifamily, student housing, logistics and office. Prior to joining QuadReal, Renato spent 2 years at Bain Capital Credit in its NPL and Real Estate team in London. Renato holds a Msc Finance from the London School of Economics and BBusSc in Finance and Accounting from the University of Cape Town.
