Philippa Gray is a Director at Adderstone Group, a role in which she spearheads the company's strategic expansion in London. She established the Group's London office in late 2017/early 2018, following three years with their Newcastle development team. In her current capacity, Philippa oversees commercial and residential investment and development projects in the capital, notably managing the delivery of schemes like Sultan House and luxury apartments in Bermondsey, and the mixed-use acquisition of Plantain Place. Her expertise is pivotal in enhancing Adderstone Group's presence within London's dynamic property market.
