Patrick Lowther
Biography
Patrick started his career in property investment at ING Real Estate. At ING he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor managing a £100M Pension Fund, before joining the acquisitions and development team. In 2009, Patrick joined Savills Investment Management (SIM) to manage the £350M Diageo Property Fund – a Fund that had (and has!) an enviable 25-year track record for outperformance. In 2012 Patrick launched the diversified Bishopsgate Property Fund with a number of multi asset investors. The Fund was successfully sold to L&G in 2014 having strongly out-performed the market. Patrick’s final years at SIM were spent advising a number of overseas sovereign funds on their UK Investment strategy.
