Olivier Caux
Biography
Olivier Caux holds a Master of Science from ESTP (French Civil Engineering school). Prior to joining Hines France, Olivier worked at Caisse des Dépôts and Bouygues Immobilier. Since he joined Hines France in 2001, as respectively Project Manager and Project Director, Olivier has worked on different projects In La Défense (CB16 and Carpe Diem Towers) and In Boulogne (former Renaud land). Most recently, Olivier was responsible for the development of several buildings (DUO Towers - Paris 13, St Gobain Headquarters, Window and Hekla Tower - La Défense, Quadrans - Paris 15). Today, as Managing Director - Development Management, Olivier, with his team, is monitoring the sourcing and development opportunities.
