Olivier Beguin

Olivier Beguin serves as CEO at Thomas & Piron, a prominent real estate developer. He is an alumnus of UCL and ICHEC, further holding an MBA from Vlerick Business School. Having joined Equilis in 2006, Olivier Beguin has been instrumental in the company's significant expansion across Europe. Under his leadership, Equilis operates in six countries, including Belgium, France, Poland, Germany, Spain, and the Netherlands. He has overseen the delivery of nearly 400,000 sqm and is currently directing the development of over 500,000 sqm in residential, mixed-use, and urban regeneration projects, showcasing extensive expertise in the real estate sector.
