Biography
Real estate executive with 16+ years of experience leading advisory, transactions and value creation initiatives across asset classes. I head the Advisory & Transaction business in Rome and across Central & Southern Italy, with full responsibility for business development, market positioning and platform growth in the region. This role builds on five years at Colliers where I established and scaled the Retail business in Italy into a leading advisory and capital markets practice. Alongside these responsibilities, I continue to lead Retail services in Italy and serve as Co-Head of the EMEA Retail Practice Group, driving cross-border integration, connecting capital and clients, and aligning strategic priorities across markets. I believe real estate is a living ecosystem — driven by people, shaped by vision and executed with discipline. My focus is on anticipating change, bridging local insight with global perspective, and transforming complexity into long-term value creation.
