Biography
Miguel Morales Slaski is a Partner at Quest Capital, a pan-European real estate investment and asset management company with over €2.5 billion of assets across Portugal and Spain. He leads the firm's activity in Spain, currently covering granular residential, residential privatisations and hotels. Mr. Morales is Founding Partner of ALMOND Real Estate, Quest's granular residential platform in Spain, which he co-founded in 2011 and which manages approximately €230 million of assets. ALMOND acquires, repositions and operates residential assets in Spain unit by unit, on behalf of institutional investors, supported by proprietary technology. With 17 years of experience in private equity and investment banking, Mr. Morales was previously part of the investment team at Aermont Capital in London, working on the sourcing, acquisition and asset management of investments across Europe.
