Marco Grassidonio
Biography
Marco Grassidonio is Managing Director and Country Head Italy at GARBE, where he leads the group's Italian platform and sits on the Investment Board. His remit spans the full asset-class perimeter — logistics, living, retail, data centres and infrastructure — across sourcing, underwriting, execution and asset management. He joined GARBE in 2021 to build the Italian business from the ground up. He today leads a team of ten professionals, with more than 400,000 sqm of standing assets and development projects under management. He brings over 25 years in Italian institutional real estate. Before GARBE he spent 13 years at PATRIZIA as Country Manager and Head of Asset Management Italy, responsible for a portfolio of approximately €1.4 billion, following earlier roles at Allianz Real Estate, Schroders and BNP Paribas. His current focus is international capital deployment in Italy, brownfield regeneration, and the growing weight of land, power and permitting as constraints on development.
