Malgorzata de la Torre
Biography
Malgorzata is responsible for managing all aspects of Arrow’s investment and development program in Spain. Malgorzata joined Arrow in 2020 as Head of Acquisitions and since then has overseen more than €200 million of transactions, including core plus and value-add standing assets, as well as several development plots located in prime logistics markets. Prior joining Arrow, Malgorzata worked at CBRE for 10 years between Madrid, Barcelona and London, where she covered asset management and capital market investment roles. Malgorzata covered mainly commercial real estate sectors such as office, retail and logistics and was responsible for managing large European commercial real estate portfolios as well as transacting over €1b in Spanish market.
