Malgorzata Czaplicka
Biography
Malgorzata Czaplicka is the President of the Management Board at GTC S.A., a prominent commercial property developer in Central and Eastern Europe. Appointed in May 2025, she previously served as Director of Investor Relations and Chief Financial Markets Officer for GTC since 2010. Her extensive expertise encompasses overseeing capital markets strategy, including capital raising projects, managing debt instruments listed on four stock exchanges, and spearheading ESG initiatives. Ms. Czaplicka holds a degree in Finance and Banking from the Warsaw School of Economics and has a strong background in investor relations and finance across media and telecommunications sectors.
