Economist with 18 years of experience in economic consultancy and applied research, for both the private and public sectors. Expert in fiscal policy, tax policy, public financial management, budgetary policy and macroeconomic analysis. Advisor to the international and local financial sector on Emerging Market macroeconomics. Ample experience in public policy analysis and design in the areas of fiscal policy, industrial organization, regulation, financial modeling, demand estimation and expert economic analysis for litigation. Experience in the economic analysis of sectors related to the energy transition. Currently part of the Global Macro and Market Research department in IFC, leading economic analysis of sector trends and markets.
