Biography
As HHM Hotels’ Director of Acquisitions & Development, Steven is responsible for HHM Hotels’ acquisitions and business growth efforts since he joined in 2016. With over 10 years of hotel real estate experience, Steven has executed over $2 billion in hotel transactions in both acquisitions and asset management roles. Steven started his career working in various hotel operation and financial service positions in China. Prior to joining HHM, Steven was with Buccini Pollin Group/PM Hotel Group as a Financial Analyst on Asset Management. During his 2 years with BPG/PMHG, he asset managed a portfolio of 25+ hotels across the US. He holds a Master of Management in Hospitality with a Graduate Minor in Real Estate Investments from Cornell University
