Shawn Hakimian
Biography
Shawn Hakimian is a Partner at The Hakimian Organization. He has been involved in the acquisition, development and leasing of many large-scale new developments including 75 Wall Street, 636 Eleventh Avenue, 227 Mulberry Street, the Chelsea Grande, Flatiron18, and The Addition LIC. Mr. Hakimian is an active member of the community and proudly participates in several charitable causes. He graduated from Hofstra University’s School of Business with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a minor in International Business.
