Sergio Leal Aguirre is the President and Co-Founder of Inmobiliaria Vinte, a leading Mexican housing developer. With over 33 years of experience in the real estate sector, he co-founded Vinte in 2001. Under his leadership, Vinte is recognized for its focus on sustainability, innovation, and integrated communities. A significant achievement includes the acquisition of Javer in 2024, which consolidated Vinte as the largest housing developer in Mexico. Mr. Leal, an Architect with a specialty in Finance, has driven Vinte's growth and its commitment to sustainable housing solutions.
