Biography
Sebastian is a strategic advisor with over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, spanning across development, entrepreneurship, and investment. He leverages his cross-asset expertise and his global network to conceptualize, structure, and execute projects for real estate developers and investors, with an emphasis on finance, market analysis, uses, and operation. He is passionate about disrupting the investment world in Latam, and giving access to the best investment opportunities. He has a solid finance and legal background, with a master's degree in real estate from NYU and a bachelor's degree in law and finance from Universidad de Los Andes. He has worked on a variety of real estate developments, including the largest mixed-use project in Colombia, and a multifamily platform for the middle-class. He is currently consulting for assets and projects worth over USD 100 million, and exploring new business models such as coliving, coworking, and shared revenue offices.
