Biography
Rui Baracco Lira is the Executive Director and Managing Partner at ACRES Finance, a leading independent financial group in Peru dedicated to developing the capital markets. With over 25 years of experience in capital markets and investment banking, he has been instrumental in the leadership of the Alternative Securities Market (MAV) of the Lima Stock Exchange. His achievements include overseeing more than 200 financing transactions for mid-cap companies, totaling over US$1 billion, and managing over 2 billion soles in assets. Mr. Baracco Lira also promoted the creation of the Association of Securitization Companies of Peru (ASTI).
