Biography
As a partner in Galicia, Rodrigo represents national and international banks, as well as creditors, from a range of industries, helping clients in the structuring and negotiation of financing transactions, such as corporate, real estate, domestic, international, state, municipal, project and debt financing as well as debt restructuring and secured transactions. He has also advised banks and regulated financial entities in the analysis and regulatory compliance of their businesses. He obtained a Law Degree from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City and holds an LL.M. from New York University.
