Ricardo Schöndube Domene

Ricardo is the founding and managing partner of Schöndube Abogados, a boutique firm based in Cancún focused on complex real estate and corporate transactions across Mexico. With over twenty five years of experience, he advises hotel groups, real estate developers, private equity funds, family offices, and institutional investors on M&A, real estate acquisitions, corporate structuring, and cross-border investment — with a particular concentration in Mexico's premier resort markets: the Yucatan Peninsula, Baja California, and Jalisco. His engagements include the corporate spin-off of one of Mexico's largest hotel groups, hotel asset acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic asset sales and financings. He advises his clients on their tax structuring, local and global expansion plans—from market entry to corporate setup.
