Pepe Palma
Biography
An architect, founding partner and Managing Director of illusione, a residential real estate developer in Lima. He founded the company in 2013 on a single conviction: put architecture first. illusione develops housing in Miraflores and San Isidro, in projects under 60 units, from a curatorial model: first the site, then the right architect for that site. This has led to buildings with Studio MK27, adamo-faiden, JSa, leonmarcial arquitectos, Cecilia Puga and Paula Velasco, Llosa Cortegana and Ghezzi Novak, among others. In thirteen years he has developed 22 projects and more than 550 apartments, and illusione leads the boutique segment in Miraflores and San Isidro. Its partner since 2020 is Empresas FPY, one of Chile's largest real estate groups. He also leads illusione's cultural program on Latin American architecture. He sits on the board of the Patronato Cultural del Perú (Pacupe) and on GRI Club Peru's Advisory Board, and is a former CODIP board member. MIM, IE Business School.
