Pablo Yrizar is Executive Vice President of CBRE Mexico, where he initiated his career in 1993. In 32 years, Mr. Yrizar has executed real estate transactions in Mexico on behalf of his clients for more than 4 million square meters, including a large percentage of the most relevant headquarters relocations, complex lease renewals, and high-volume properties sales ever executed in Mexico. With a strong financial background and a profound understanding of the Mexican real estate market, Mr. Yrizar has creatively structured many of the most complicated portfolio strategies in Mexico, successfully implementing the derived transactions on behalf of his clients. Mr. Yrízar has excelled in protecting his clients’ interests, maximizing savings, and minimizing the risks inherent to large real estate operations.
