Pablo Damian Ludmer
Biography
Pablo Ludmer is a professional with more than 20 years in the RE industry. As Director of BSD Investments, he has structured and managed a wide variety of deals and RE developments in Argentina, US and Uruguay. Pablo has actively participated in the development and construction of over 150,000 square meters in Buenos Aires. He has also participated in the acquisition and management of more than 2,000 residential and commercial units in the United States. He oversees every aspects of the real estate development for each deal he engages with, such as ; strategic planning, location selection, legal and financial structure, short and long term financing, leasing and asset disposition. He is also a Managing Partner at Escribania Ludmer.
