Nicolas Bañados Lyon
Biography
Formerly, he held the position of VP and Portfolio Manager at Megeve Inverstments managing a portfolio of fixed income securities, currencies and commodities. Prior to this, he was research analyst at Consorcio Nacional de Seguros, the leading chilean life insurance company. Mr. Bañados has more than 13 years of experience investing in Emerging Markets, mainly in Colombia, Perú, Brazil and Chile. He is a board member of Colgener, a power company in Colombia; Haldeman Mining Company, a copper and gold mining company based in Chile; Serabi Gold, an AIM listed gold mining company in Brazil; and Synapsis, a Latam technology services company. Mr. Bañados has an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
