Moises Zapan
Biography
Assists with investments and oversees legal issues, safety compliance and tax matters for ADËLON, rounding out the company’s ability to serve as an investment fund and as a key real estate developer in the U.S. Moises began his career in the real estate industry at the young age of 24 as a broker in Miami and was quickly hired by a firm in Mexico City to sell multifamily apartments. Within six months, he became the firm’s Sales Director, sold nearly 300 units, and managed a team of 20 inhouse salespeople and 200 outside brokers. Along with ADËLON Founder Jonathan, he later formed Estrategia Urbana building apartments in prime real estate areas throughout Mexico City, selling more than 1,000 units and developing more than 40 projects.
