Biography
Chief Operating Officer for KIO Tech DataCenter. He has been in the industry for more than 24 years with different roles and has experience in IT and Data Center facilities operations. Miguel’s major achievements includes the creation of Macro-Management Operational System for Data Centers, led multiple energy efficiency projects reducing power consumption by up to 35% in Cooling Systems, led the first CEEDA Gold certification (The Certified Energy Efficient Datacenter Award) in Latin America, led the acquisition of renewable energy for KIO DCs in the wholesale electricity market in México. He received important awards from the data center Latam industry such as ‘The Excellence in Data Center.
