Mark McComiskey

Mark has worked in the private equity and infrastructure investing sector for more than 20 years. As a partner at AVAIO, he brings experience in the investment, development, and construction, operation, acquisition, and financing of private equity and infrastructure investments, including both public and private infrastructure, thermal and renewable power, and midstream assets. Prior to founding AVAIO, Mark was a Senior Managing Director at Prostar and a Partner at its successor, Vanwall Capital. Mark was previously Co-Head of Private Equity at First Reserve, then the world’s largest energy-focused private equity and infrastructure investment firm. Mark was a member of the firm Executive Committee.
