Biography
Mario Huerta is an accomplished Asset Manager Oficinas at Fibra Activos Inmobiliarios, bringing 11 years of expertise to the real estate sector. Since August 2008, he has specialized in managing, analyzing, structuring, and overseeing investment projects in the office sector. Mario notably led successful investment and divestment processes for the Platinum Plaza and FIBRA WB office buildings, achieving significant returns and generating high internal rates of return. He has managed over US$90 million in investments and currently oversees projects valued at US$57 million. His prior experience includes managing the Santo Toribio office project at Inserfinsa. Mario holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad del Pacífico.
