Marcela Rocha

Marcela Rocha serves as the Business Development Manager Latin America at SvNMX (SvN - Architects + Planners), a multidisciplinary design practice. With over eight years of experience as an architect and real estate professional, Marcela specializes in business strategy and project management. She has been instrumental in the structuring and planning of more than 40 projects across Mexico and Latin America. Her expertise includes leading cross-functional teams and translating expansion strategies into effective marketing and sales plans. Marcela is also a member of the ULI Mexico Management Committee and Co-chair of its Young Leaders Group.
