Biography

Marcela Rocha serves as the Business Development Manager Latin America at WW+P Architects + Planners (Formerly SvN), a multidisciplinary design practice. With over ten years of experience as an architect and real estate professional, Marcela specializes in business strategy, real estate development and project management. She has led the structuring and planning of more than 40 projects across Mexico and Latin America. Her expertise includes leading cross-functional teams and translating expansion strategies into effective marketing and sales plans. Marcela is a member of the ULI Mexico Management Committee and served as Co-chair of the Young Leaders Group from 2022 to 2025.
