Mabel Delgadillo
Biography
Mabel has over 20 years of experience, including 12 years managing Private Equity funds for German and Colombian institutional investors and nearly 8 years in investment banking and M&A transactions for Central America, Brazil and Colombia. She has worked in multinational and regional firms such as KPMG, EY and Bancolombia Investment Banking. In recent years she has served as the Head of the Andean Region and Managing Director for Jamestown. She has also led the Real Estate division for a Panamanian investment banking firm in Colombia and led Chilean Real Estate developers investing in Colombia. Moreover, she has managed over US$ 467 million in capital and structured and operated funds under laws of Canada, Colombia and Panama.

Core Capital
Core Capital SAFI is a fund management company regulated and supervised by the Peruvian Securities Market Superintendency (SMV). It focuses on structuring and managing real estate investment funds targeted at affluent and high-net-worth investors (HNWIs). As Core Capital Group, it operates in Peru (as a SAFI) and in Colombia (through the external-manager structure). The investment funds it manages invest in real estate developments of the EDIFICA group in both Peru and the United States.
