Lubinda Velásquez Arrieta serves as Country Lead Peru for the Market Transformation Program for Sustainable Building at the International Finance Corporation (IFC). In this role, she leads initiatives to promote green building practices and sustainable construction standards across Peru's real estate sector. With expertise in sustainable finance and environmental markets, Velásquez Arrieta works to accelerate the adoption of energy-efficient building technologies and green certification systems. Her work at IFC focuses on developing market-based solutions that drive private sector investment in sustainable construction, supporting Peru's transition toward more environmentally responsible building practices while creating economic opportunities in the green building sector.
