Biography
Juan Gonzalez is a U.S. based real estate investor specialized in opportunities in the industrial and residential sectors in Mexico. Juan was Managing Director for 7 Bridges Latin America, a real estate investment platform investing in Latam (2015-2020). Prior to joining 7BLA in 2015, Juan worked at two Mexican private equity real estate fund managers (Gaia Capital and Capital Inmobiliario) investing in residential and credit related opportunities. Previously Juan was CFO of a Mexico based, U.S. owned residential mortgage lender. Juan started his career as Economist leading research projects focused on capital markets for Mexico's Central Bank. Juan has a degree in Economics from UDLAP and an MBA from UCLA Anderson ('04).
