Biography
Josue serves as Chief Investment Officer at Abilia. Over the past decade, he has held leadership positions in the investment and asset management functions at real estate funds such as Prudential Real Estate (now PGIM), O’Connor Capital Partners, Mexico Retail Properties, Equity International, and SURA Investment Management. Josue has extensive experience across various asset classes including industrial, mixed use, retail, and residential.
Josue holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from ITAM as well as a Master of Science in real estate with a specialty in Investments from New York University with distinction.
Abilia
Abilia is a Real Estate Developer since 1991. We have developed large-scale projects in the residential, office, multifamily and mixed-use segments, totaling more than 3 million square meters built in the main cities of Mexico.
