With nearly two decades of international experience at companies like Telefónica, he has successfully led Nixval in expanding its infrastructure and services, enhancing reliability for mission-critical clients across the region. José Luis holds a first-class honors BSc in Cybersecurity and Networking from UCLan and an award-winning MBA from ESIC. He is also certified in Leadership and Innovation from MIT and accredited as a Tier Specialist by the Uptime Institute.
