Biography

Jose I. Lievano is a Vice President at Drake Real Estate Partners, having joined the firm in 2016. In his current role, he focuses on capital raising within the Investor Relations team, specifically for Latin America. Previously, he contributed to the Acquisition and Asset Management teams, overseeing new opportunity evaluation, underwriting, due diligence, and business plan execution. Before Drake, Jose served as Director of Development at V2K Constructora, leading the development of over 900 affordable residential units in Colombia. He holds an MS in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes. Additionally, he is an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University, teaching Capital Partnership Structuring.
