Jorge Uribe

Jorge has been working on the Real Estate and Investment industry since 2012. In Peninsula, Jorge identifies new project opportunities, including its prospection, negotiation, due diligence and the closing of JV terms with local partners. He also executes all the activities required prior the closing of each project. Prior to joining Peninsula, Jorge worked in Terranum as Strategic Planning and Business Development Director. Terranum is Colombia’s leading development company in corporate, logistics, industrial and retail projects. At Terranum Jorge also occupied different positions in the investment team, including managing more than 300,000 leased sqm and a 1.2m sqm pipeline.
