We are an investment bank based in NY, with presence in Mexico, Colombia, Panama and Brazil. We work with funds, family offices (FOs) and companies to raise capital, joint ventures, secondary fund structures, also structure and find LPs for Sidecars or Annex funds etc. We also present real estate opportunities to invest or co-invest (multifamily, hotels in the region, etc..) We also help companies, funds and FOs to structure and raise debt with financial institutions, distress situations, litigation financing and carbon credit projects.
