An attorney with an MBA, he co-founded 100 Ladrillos in 2019, with the company officially commencing operations with its license in 2021, democratizing access to real estate investment. Carmona has been instrumental in the acquisition of over 57,000 investors and the company's certification as a 'Financiamiento Colectivo Institution' by CNBV and CONDUSEF. His expertise in business development and commercial strategy was honed during prior leadership roles at HSBC and Yum! Restaurants. He is a recognized speaker on Fintech, PropTech, and real estate, contributing to 100 Ladrillos' success, including being an EY Entrepreneur Of The Year Mexico finalist.
